There are advantages to hiring us to work with Home Builders.
When you hire us as Exclusive Buyer Agents to represent, the services you receive are many. The key services we provide to clients are:
  • We represent you, not the Builder. We are there to get you the best price and terms. Leveraging the experience of our team, we help you evaluate whether this is the right Builder, home and community for you.
  • We review all Builder contracts before you make an offer. When applicable, we will ask for changes to the contract that benefit you.
  • Typically, on-site agents are paid additional commissions for each upgrade that you purchase. Our goal is to help make sure you choose wisely and don't over pay.
  • We can introduce you to independent sources for your mortgage. The on-site sales person is motivated to steer your mortgage application to the Builder's preferred mortgage lender.
  • We will help you verify all the advertised information about the property, including the square footage of the home.
  • We recommend that Buyers inspect the property several times during construction and strongly recommend a full inspection prior to closing. We can recommend multiple qualified inspectors.
  • We will be present at the final walk-through to help insure that our clients are not subjected to later disappointment when existing problems are not fixed on a timely basis.
  • We will help our Buyers to work with the Builder to get problems fixed that appear for up to 60 days after closing.
  • We can save you time and expense by using our familiarity with area Builders for your benefit.
  • Builders use specific marketing strategies that we will help you take advantage of for significant savings.
  • Best of all, our services are paid for by the Builder, not you.
